So, the other day I decided to take the kids for a walk to the mailbox to check the mail. Trinity is 3 so she walked by herself, but I had Tristen (5months) in the front carrier... I had just told Trinity to be careful because some of the trees in one portion of the walk have had the roots grow above ground then tunnel back under the ground... just as I was saying it to her, I tripped and fell right onto my bad knee that's already had surgery and I of course braced Tristen with my left hand and braced my fall with my right hand (which I've already broken my wrist and elbow on that arm)... so needless to say, I've been in some pretty bad pain lately as I did something to my knee, elbow and wrist!! Just my luck!!! I'm trying to get on and be active, but the typing does not make it much better. Just wanted to let everyone know I'm not leaving the group, just trying to heal a little before coming on fulltime again!!! Thanks for everyone's understanding!

ouch - hope you are feeling better! I took a fall back in January coming down the stairs carrying my 3 year old son at 3 in the morning. I thought I was at the bottom of the steps but there were 2 left and I went down hard - I couldn't walk on it at first, went to have it xrayed later that day and it was fine - but I still have the tingling sensation in certain places.

good luck! AMY

Ouch!! I was going to go that day but figured I'd give it a day or so to see if I was just being a baby or if I actually did something, and now I think I should have gone. The pain started in just my knee and wrist now radiates... I swear by the time I'm 50 I will have injured every joint in my body!!!! What my luck!
